This is kind of random, but I want to share any way. My blog, my rules (hehe).
After I got home from the marathon, I took a shower and fell asleep. I have this awesome application on my cell phone that measures my quality of sleep based on how often I move. It takes a while to set up, but I use it every night to chart my quality of sleep. I started doing this because I am always tired and I wanted to make sure I was getting decent sleep. Also, this application is also an alarm that will wake me up in between a 30 minute period. It determines when I am in my lightest phase of sleep and wakes me up then. This is how you can avoid morning grogginess and feel refreshed when you wake up. I put it on after the marathon when I was taking a nap. Below is the picture.
Dear Lord! I was dead! Look at the amount of time I spent in deep sleep! lol I'm totally stunned! It also took me less than a minute to fall asleep once my head hit the pillow.
Man, I love technology.
